Terms of Service

1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Reset ME ("we," "us," "our"), a web-based self-improvement and wellness coaching tool available at resetme.coach. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Reset ME. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may sign in via Google OAuth or email/password. You may not share your account with others or allow others to access your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Pricing & Payment
Reset ME uses a pay-as-you-go model. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. You purchase minutes in advance and use them at your own pace.
Current pricing tiers (subject to change):
- Quick Start: $27 for 30 minutes
- Double Down: $47 for 60 minutes
- Deep Work: $67 for 120 minutes
- Add-on packs: Additional minutes may be available for purchase at posted prices
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. All prices are in US dollars (USD). Pricing is subject to change; any changes will apply only to future purchases.
5. Refund Policy
The "Works Or It's Free" Guarantee
If you don't feel noticeably calmer after your first session, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@resetme.coach with the subject line "REFUND" and include the following:
- Your account email — the email address you used to sign in to Reset ME
- Stripe receipt number — found in the payment confirmation email from Stripe (starts with "pi_" or a receipt URL). If you cannot locate it, provide the last 4 digits of the card used and the approximate date of purchase.
Refund Terms
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Refunds are limited to one refund per customer. If you have previously received a refund on any Reset ME purchase, you are not eligible for an additional refund.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- You may keep any remaining minutes on your account after a refund is issued.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of abuse (e.g., repeated purchases and refund requests from the same individual using different accounts).
6. The Reset Challenge
Challenge Rules
Complete the challenge → earn bonus minutes. It's that simple.
Eligibility
The Reset Challenge and its completion bonus are available to first-time users only (one challenge per customer). If you have previously purchased minutes on Reset ME, you are not eligible for the challenge bonus.
Completion Requirements
To earn the challenge completion bonus, you must:
- Complete 2 sessions of at least 5 minutes each
- Complete both sessions within 3 calendar days of your first purchase
- The 3-day window starts at the moment of your first purchase (e.g., if you purchase at 2:00 PM on Monday, your window closes at 2:00 PM on Thursday)
Bonus Minutes
- Quick Start ($27): +30 bonus minutes upon completion (60 minutes total)
- Double Down ($47): +60 bonus minutes upon completion (120 minutes total)
Bonus minutes are added to your account automatically upon completing the second qualifying session within the challenge window. Bonus minutes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Interaction with Refund Policy
The challenge bonus and the refund guarantee are separate. If you request and receive a refund, any bonus minutes already credited to your account will remain available. However, you will not be eligible for a future challenge bonus.
Founder Feedback Call
Every new challenger is eligible for a complimentary 15-minute feedback call with the founder. This call is optional and has no impact on your minutes, challenge bonus, or refund eligibility.
- Calls are booked through our scheduling system (currently Cal.com) and conducted via Google Meet.
- Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your call up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no penalty.
- No-shows: If you do not join within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time and have not cancelled in advance, the call will be forfeited. You may rebook subject to availability.
- Attendance bonus: Challengers who attend their scheduled call receive 10 bonus minutes added to their account.
- This offer is available during our launch period and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
7. Minutes, Usage & Dormant Accounts
- Purchased minutes do not expire while your account remains active.
- Minutes are consumed in real-time during active sessions. Paused time is not billed.
- Minutes are non-transferable between accounts.
- Unused minutes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant after 18 consecutive months with no login activity. We will notify you by email before any action is taken:
- 12 months of inactivity — first courtesy notice
- 15 months of inactivity — second notice
- 17 months of inactivity — final notice with specific closure date
If no login occurs within 18 months of your last login, your account may be closed and any remaining minute balance may be forfeited. Logging in at any point resets the inactivity clock entirely.
If your account is closed due to dormancy and you wish to return, contact us (see Section 15). We will reactivate your account, though previously forfeited minutes cannot be restored.
8. Not Medical Treatment

Reset ME is not medical care, therapy, counseling, or treatment for any medical or mental health condition.
Reset ME is a self-improvement and wellness coaching tool. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. It is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, medication, or medical advice.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or thoughts of harming yourself or others, please:

- Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room

By using Reset ME, you acknowledge that you understand this is a wellness tool and not a medical service, and that you will seek appropriate professional help for any medical or mental health conditions.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Reset ME for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI prompts, models, or proprietary systems
- Share, resell, or redistribute your account or minutes
- Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the service
- Abuse the refund policy by making repeated purchases with the intent to request refunds
- Harass, threaten, or abuse our support team
10. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, AI systems, prompts, branding, and session methodologies are the property of Reset ME and its operators. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the service without written permission.
Your session content (what you say during a session) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your spoken words. See our Privacy Policy for how session data is handled.
11. Privacy
Your use of Reset ME is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Termination
You may stop using Reset ME at any time. Your purchased minutes will remain available if you return, subject to the dormant account provisions in Section 7.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. In the event of termination for cause, unused minutes may be forfeited.
Accounts with no login activity for 18 consecutive months may be closed as described in Section 7 (Dormant Accounts). We will provide advance email notice before any dormancy-related closure.
13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Reset ME is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using the service. Individual results vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reset ME and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or in-app notice.
